Product description

The GCA-07W-DL Digital Geiger Counters are NRC Certification ready. Useful for detecting and accurately measuring radioactivity.

The GCA-07W-DL built in Data Logger that can record and playback 8 hours of data. External wand probe houses a LND 712 Geiger Mueller tube. The external wand makes it easier to test and measure radioactivity in materials.

This Geiger counter's applications are:"br""br" Education - Classroom demonstrations and nuclear experiments;"br" Emergency Services and Domestic Preparedness for nuclear accidents."br" Compliance Verification and Radiation Screening for wastes and other materials. "br""br"The GCA-07W-DL detects Alpha, Beta, X-ray and Gamma radiation above 3 MeV, 50 KeV, and 7 KeV respectively. "br""br"The Liquid Crystal Display is a 16 characters by 2 line that provides an easy to read digital output. Time selection switch allows Counts Per Second (CPS) or Counts Per Minute (CPM) mode. Switch selection allows GCA-07W-DL Geiger Counter to measure counts (in either CPS or CPM) and convert the count to a radiation level in mR/hr or mSv/hr. "br""br"Factory calibrated using an NIST traceable source to ensure accurate measurements. Our NRC certification is available at additional cost from the manufacturer. The NRC certification certifies your Geiger counter has passed ANSI-STD N323A calibration using a NIST traceable source from an independent US licensed laboratory conforming to United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission NRC regulations 10-CFR-34 and 10-CFR-35 standards (available at additional costs through the manufacturer). "br""br"Data Output / TTL logic pulse jack. Switch selectable. The data is sent via USB cable to our Windows PC Geiger Counter Free Graphing program for charting and recording the measured radiation over time is downloadable from our website.

is an open access journal focusing on topics of family medicine, general practice and community health.

FMCH strives to be a leading international journal that promotes 'Health Care for All' through disseminating novel knowledge and best practices in primary care, family medicine, and community health. FMCH publishes original research, review, methodology, commentary, reflection, and case-study from the lens of population health. FMCH's Asian Focus section features reports of family medicine development in the Asia-pacific region.

FMCH aims to serve a diverse audience including researchers, educators, policymakers and leaders of family medicine and community health. We also aim to provide content relevant for researchers working on population health, epidemiology, public policy, disease control and management, preventative medicine and disease burden. FMCH does not impose any article processing charges (APC) or submission charges.

FMCH was founded by the Chinese General Practice Press (CGPP) and Beijing Huawei General Practice Research Institute (BHGPRI) as an internationally focused open access journal devoted to subjects that are common and relevant to family medicine, general practice and community health. FMCH is owned by BHGPRI
